traditional breakfast helpful staff major metro stops

The breakfast was superb with traditional European fare. It included meats, cheeses, breads, pastries, berries and yogurt. The staff were very helpful giving directions. The location worked out very well because it was close to two major metro stops.

The room was a little small.

The rooms showcase beautiful design. Each room is spacious, complete with air conditioning. The bedding provided me restful nights. Breakfast service included diverse choices.

The church bells nearby chimed frequently during the day. This created some unwanted noise. it was not a big issue. but noteworthy.

superb experience

clean room comfortable bed quality linen

I stayed in a chambre double classique ecrin. the room was well-kept and very clean. the bed was firm, i slept well. Linen felt fresh. the bathroom included complimentary toiletries. The shower had good water pressure.

the minibar was stocked, but some items seemed close to their expiration date.

The reception staff was helpful with directions and recommendations. they were very professional and cute upon my arrival and throughout the duration of my stay. It was appreciated.

The breakfast buffet featured a variety of fresh pastries and local cheeses. there were several options for hot dishes, including eggs and bacon. the coffee machine produced consistently good espressos. I never had to wait long for service.
